Eligibility Requirements 

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for this esteemed program:

Education: a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in education, science, culture, or a related field 

Nationality: Must be a citizen of one of the ICESCO Member States (listed below) 

Age: Must be under 35 at the time of application

Language Proficiency: Must speak Arabic, English, or French, the three official languages of ICESCO. It is ideal to speak two languages fluently.

The program is available to people of 53 member nations in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, including:

Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Malaysia, Morocco, and Pakistan, among other places.
