POSCO Asia Fellowship 2025 Scholarship in South Korea (Funded)

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a citizen of an Asian country.

Field of Study: One must pursue an intermediate or higher degree in STEM, Science, Technology Engineering, or Mathematics.

Education Level: Applicants must have completed a four-year Bachelor’s degree program.

Enrollment: Must have begun a course in either the Spring or Fall semester of 2025.

University: Must apply for one of the universities listed: bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

English Language Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency criteria:

TOEFL: Minimum score of 550

IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0

TOEIC: Minimum score of 750

New TEPS: Minimum score of 327

Some exemptions are as follows: Candidates with previous qualifications obtained from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, or the United Kingdom do not require this.

  • Hanyang University, Seoul
  • KAIST
  • Korea University, Seoul
  • Kyung Hee University
  • POSTECH
  • Seoul National University or SNU
  • Sungkyunkwan University
  • Yonsei University, Seoul

These universities are among the best universities in South Korea, providing the latest research opportunities and facilities.
