Formerly known as the Draper Hills Summer Fellows Program, this fully funded fellowship will occur at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI) in Stanford, California, from July 20 to August 8, 2025. Eligibility 

• This opportunity is available to mid-career professionals with a strong foundation in democracy, development, or the rule of law.
• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (full-time students are not eligible).
• Countries excluded from eligibility include the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan, and EU member states.
• There is no application fee, and no IELTS or TOEFL scores are necessary.
