The application period for the Chinese Government Scholarship at universities in China is now open. Students can apply for the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) CSC Scholarship for the 2025 academic year. BIT is accepting applications for its Master’s and PhD programs for 2025. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens.

For Master’s Programs:

• You must have a bachelor’s degree or something similar.
• You should be under 35 years old.

For PhD Programs:

• You must have a master’s degree or something similar.
• You should be under 40 years old.

Language Requirements:

• For programs taught in Chinese, you need an HSK certificate with a score of at least 180.
• For programs taught in English, the requirements are:
• – TOEFL: Minimum score of 85
• – IELTS: Minimum band of 6.0
• – Duolingo: Minimum score of 110
• Native English speakers do not need to provide these scores.
• BIT also accepts other recognized language certificates.
• For MBA programs, you must have at least one year of relevant work or internship experience.

The application procedure is conducted online. Begin by registering on the CSC portal at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn and uploading the necessary documents. Enter BIT’s agency number 10007 and choose Type B. Finally, submit your application via the BIT official website.
