Applications are welcome from individuals residing in these countries: Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Germany, Ecuador, Russia, Fiji, Guyana, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Kyrgyzstan, Kiribati, Laos, Mongolia, Mexico, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Nepal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Age Limits:

Bachelor’s candidates: Below 25 years
Master’s candidates: Below 30 years
Doctoral candidates: Below 40 years

The scholarship welcomes applicants of any nationality.
