• Individuals from developing nations on the DAC List of ODA Recipients
• Must be a non-Japanese resident
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree candidates or recent graduates (within the last three years)
• Strong communication abilities in English
• There is no need to speak Japanese (but it should be below JLPT N5).
• Participation in all training and internship activities is required.
