The participants will have the opportunities to work with the WHO Operations and Programme Management Team during the WHO Business Operations Internship. Interns will undertake a range of activities such as:

• Providing assistance for remote and virtual meetings and in-person meetings.Assisting with hybrid, virtual, and in-person meetings.
• Principled Management of SharePoint systems and digital repositories.
• Supporting IT / audiovisual service documentation
• Handling ICT assets such as laptops and mobile devices
• Be a voice for workplace initiatives that are enabled through AI.
• Supporting Digital transformation and Automation projects
• Creating reports, presentations and documents
• Supporting in operational improvement processes

WHO Internship Germany Eligibility Criteria
