A Fully Funded STAR SINGA Scholarship for Singapore in 2025–2026

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between A*STAR (Agency for Science, Technology, and Research) and some of Singapore’s top universities, including Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore Management University (SMU), and the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). This scholarship is aimed at students interested in pursuing a PhD or an EngD program.

If you already have a Bachelor’s degree, you can apply directly for the PhD program without needing to complete a Master’s. The best part is that students from all countries are welcome to apply. Also, when applying, you don’t need to submit GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or GATE scores. The scholarship provides full coverage for up to 4 years, making sure you can focus on your studies without worrying about expenses.

On top of that, there’s a one-time settling-in allowance of $1,000 to help with your move.
