Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2024-25 (Fully Funded)

This fully funded scholarship will support 100 international students pursuing various educational programs at top Azerbaijani universities, including undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, medical residency, and preparatory courses.

Eligibility criteria:

• Age restrictions: 35 years for undergraduate and medical programs, 40 years for graduate and medical residency programs, and 45 years for PhD candidates.
• Applicants must originate from eligible countries (excluding Azerbaijan) and demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS is not mandatory if prior education was conducted in English).

Programs offered & duration:

• Bachelor’s degree: 4-5 years
• General Medicine: 5-6 years
• Master’s degree: 1.5-2 years
• Medical Residency: 2-5 years
• PhD: 3 years
• Preparatory course: 6 months to 1 year

Application process: 

The application procedure commences with the nomination from the appropriate government authorities (ministries, embassies). Following nomination, candidates submit their applications through the official centralized portal (SIACAS). The deadline for applications is May 20, 2024.
