Eligibility requirements:

Open to students who have completed a minimum of 2 years of undergraduate studies or the first year of a Master’s program

The application procedure is simple and conducted online. Candidates must submit their CV, a motivation letter (maximum of 750 words), a list of three preferred research laboratories, an academic transcript, and two letters of recommendation.

This program is open to all international students currently enrolled in a university who have completed at least two years of undergraduate education or the first year of a Master’s program by the program's commencement date. Additionally, recent graduates (within one year of obtaining their Bachelor’s degree) who aspire to pursue a career in life sciences are also qualified to apply.

The program is fully funded, providing participants with a stipend of CHF 3,600, complimentary accommodation on the EPFL campus, and round-trip airfare. Furthermore, it presents significant research experience, social activities, and the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Applicants are required to submit a CV (1-2 pages), a motivation letter (up to 750 words), a brief description of their three preferred research laboratories (2-3 sentences for each lab), a university transcript, and two letters of recommendation.
