Eligibility requirements

  • The applicant must depend on an active GSIS member or pensioner 
  • The GSIS member must have at least 15 years of premium contributions 
  • The dependent must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited Higher Education Institution (HEI) for a four or 5-year program.
  • The family’s total income must not exceed PHP 500,000 annually.
  • The applicant should be no older than 21 years.
  • A general weighted average (GWA) of at least 80% in the most recently completed academic year is required.
