HZB International Summer Program 2025 in Germany (Fully Funded)

The HZB International Summer Program (ISSP) 2025 presents a unique opportunity to participate in innovative scientific endeavors at the esteemed Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin (HZB). Taking place from July 7th to August 29th, 2025, this fully funded, eight-week program allows you to collaborate with leading scientists in fields such as Photon Science, Solar Cells, Quantum Materials, and more.

Program Overview:

• Location: HZB campuses in Berlin-Wannsee or Berlin-Adlershof
• Program dates: July 7th – August 29th, 2025

• Financial support: Accommodation, living stipend (up to €1900 for non-EU, €1000 for EU), and travel costs included
• Application deadline: December 31st, 2024

Program features:

• Attend a range of lectures, seminars, and laboratory tours

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate students who have completed a minimum of two years of study
• Students pursuing degrees in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or similar disciplines
• Proficiency in English communication is required
