- Citizens and inhabitants of Ireland, Hong Kong, Zimbabwe, and Commonwealth nations.
- Junior Category: Under 14 years old, born on or after May 16, 2010.
- Senior Category: Individuals aged 14 to 18 born between May 16, 2005, and May 15, 2010.
