Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)

The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore is offering a fully funded scholarship for 2025. This scholarship called the A STAR Computing and Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship, is open to people from all over the world, including Singaporeans. Even students in the final year of their undergraduate studies can apply.

This scholarship is perfect for those who want to do a PhD in computing and information science (CIS). The best part? You do not need a Master’s degree to apply! If you have a Bachelor’s degree, you can directly apply for the PhD program.

Eligibility Criteria

• If you’re not from Singapore, you should have finished your degree or be close to completing it.
• You need to have at least a 2nd Upper-Class Honours degree (or something similar) in a related field.
• If you’re in your last semester of undergrad, feel free to apply!
• A strong interest in the CIS area is a must.

Service Commitment

You need to commit to working for 3 years. If you are not a Singaporean, you must work for 3 years in a company based in Singapore that is related to CIS (Computer and Information Science) fields.
